When you use the contact form, the following data is collected: name, company, professional email address, country / target market (optional), phone (optional), type of support requested, message, and preferred contact method.
Purpose
This data is used exclusively to respond to your enquiry and discuss a potential collaboration. It is not used for any other purpose.
Legal basis
Processing is based on pre-contractual steps taken at your request (GDPR Art. 6.1.b) or, failing that, on OMEXIO's legitimate interest in responding to enquiries addressed to it (GDPR Art. 6.1.f).
Recipients
Data submitted through the form is received only by Fabien Vernerey (OMEXIO). It is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. It technically transits through the following provider, strictly necessary for the site to function:

Retention period
Contact form data is retained for 3 years from the last exchange, unless it leads to a contractual relationship, in which case the retention period applicable to that relationship applies.

This site uses a single cookie, named omexio_lang_pref, which remembers your language preference (English or French) after an explicit choice on your part. This cookie is strictly necessary for the site to function and does not require prior consent under French data protection authority (CNIL) guidelines.
